BAM Racing to skip more races

Charlotte, NC (Sports Network) - Owner Beth Ann Morgenthau announced that BAM Racing (No.49 Toyota) would miss additional races over the remainder of the season. The team sat out the last two events because they were switching from Dodge to Toyota power.

But now comes word that BAM Racing's primary sponsor, Microsoft Small Business, has reduced its number of race sponsorships.

The statement released on the team's website said, "With no other primary sponsor currently in place to fill the void the harsh reality of this most recent news is that we are forced to reduce our 2008 participation to a partial season.
