Dixon leads Indy 500 after 150 of 200 lapsIndianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - Scott Dixon is currently leading the 92nd running of the Indianapolis 500 after 150 of 200 laps. The No.9 Target Chip Ganassi Racing Dallara Honda holds a 0.6264-second margin on Marco Andretti. Tomas Scheckter, Vitor Meira and Helio Castroneves make up the top-five after the first 375 miles.
The leader at the halfway point, Tony Kanaan, crashed on lap 105. The mid-
point leader has won just three of the last 20 races at Indy. The last driver
to lead at the mid-point and go on to win the race was Juan Pablo Montoya in
2000. Currently out of the race are: Graham Rahal (crash), Marty Roth (crash) Jaime Camara (crash), Kanaan (crash), Sarah Fisher (crash) and Jeff Simmons (crash).
