Rockies' Helton leaves with back spasms

Denver, CO (Sports Network) - Colorado Rockies first baseman Todd Helton left Wednesday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers in the third inning with back spasms.

Helton went 1-for-1 with a double, run scored and RBI before he was pinch hit for by Jeff Baker in the third inning.

Entering play on Wednesday, Helton was hitting .298 with 11 home runs and 65 RBI.
