Royals/Indians rained out

Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - Friday's meeting between the Kansas City Royals and Cleveland Indians at Progressive Field was postponed due to heavy rains.

The game has yet to be rescheduled.

The opener of the series will be played on Saturday at 7:05 p.m. (et), with Friday's scheduled starters, the Indians' C.C. Sabathia and the Royals' Luke Hockevar, to take the hill.
