Blazers' Przybilla breaks handPortland, OR (Sports Network) - Trail Blazers center Joel Przybilla broke his hand in the first half of Portland's 72-65 loss to San Antonio on Sunday, ending his season. Przybilla's season came to an end when he went up to try to block a driving layup by Ime Udoka with less than five minutes left in the half. The Portland center's right hand struck the rim, breaking the second metacarpal. Przybilla had played in all 77 of Portland's games this season.
The 29-year-old center averaged 4.8 points and 8.4 rebounds per game entering
play on Sunday.
