Bucks, Wizards square off at Bradley Center(Sports Network) - The Milwaukee Bucks attempt to win back-to-back games, as they welcome the Washington Wizards tonight to the Bradley Center. The last time the Bucks had a winning streak was when they won five in a row from November 14-24 this season.
Maurice Williams finished with 25 points and nine assists as Milwaukee beat
the Miami Heat, 103-98, on Wednesday at AmericanAirlines Arena. Charlie
Villanueva added 15 points and Andrew Bogut finished with 13 points and 12
rebounds for the Bucks, who snapped a four-game losing streak. After tonight's contest, Milwaukee hits the road for a pair of contests. The Bucks will visit the Charlotte Bobcats on Sunday at Charlotte Bobcats Arena and the Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday at the Wachovia Center. Milwaukee, which has lost two of its last three at the Bradley Center, is 9-4 at home this season. Washington tries to get back on the winning track this evening. On Wednesday, Richard Hamilton led a balanced Pistons attack with 20 points, seven rebounds and nine assists as Detroit knocked off the Wizards, 106-93, at the Verizon Center. Caron Butler paced Washington with a game-high 22 points, seven boards and six assists, while Antawn Jamison finished with 21 points and nine rebounds. Brendan Haywood hit his first five field goals and ended with 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Wizards, who have lost four of their last six games overall. The Wizards are 6-8 on the road this season. They return home to host the Seattle SuperSonics on Sunday and the Houston Rockets on Tuesday at the Verizon Center.
