Rockets extend qualifying offer to LandryHouston, TX (Sports Network) - The Houston Rockets extended a qualifying offer to restricted free agent forward Carl Landry on Sunday. The offer establishes the Rockets' first right of refusal and they will now be able to match any other team's offer.
The 24-year-old averaged 8.1 points and 4.9 rebounds per contest over 42
games of his 2007-2008 rookie season with Houston.
