Shoulder injury to sideline Cavs' GibsonCleveland, OH (Sports Network) - Cleveland Cavaliers guard Daniel Gibson will miss the next 1-2 weeks of action due to a shoulder injury, possibly keeping him out the remainder of the playoffs. Gibson left Wednesday's 96-89 loss at Boston with a left shoulder contusion. He received additional examinations Thursday at The Cleveland Clinic, including an MRI, which revealed a first degree left AC separation. The injury means Gibson will be out for Friday night's home game, which is a must-win for the Cavs as they trail the Celtics, 3-2, in their Eastern Conference semifinal series. Gibson, who had just two points in 14 minutes of court time Wednesday, is averaging 9.0 points, 2.5 assists and 1.7 rebounds over 11 postseason games.
