Adair, Beck lead No. 17 George Washington over Xavier

Washington, DC (Sports Network) - Jessica Adair scored 15 points and Kimberly Beck added 12 as No. 17 George Washington beat Xavier 56-46 at the Smith Center.

Jazmine Adair donated six points and 12 rebounds for George Washington (13-3, 1-0 Atlantic-10), which has won eight straight.

Amber Harris scored 18 points for Xavier (10-6, 0-1).

The Colonials put the game away with a 10-0 run that extended their lead to 54-35 with 6:03 left to play.
