Memphis rolls over Longhorns for trip to Final Four

Houston, TX (Sports Network) - Derrick Rose scored 21 points, doled out nine assists, and grabbed six rebounds as Memphis ripped Texas, 85-67, to win the South Region and cruise into the Final Four for the third time in school history.

Chris Douglas-Roberts scored 25 points for the top-seeded Tigers (37-1), who have won 11 straight since their lone loss of the season, a February 23 defeat to Tennessee. The Tigers tied the Division I record for wins in a season, set by four other teams. A win against fellow No. 1 seed UCLA in the national semifinal on April 5 will give the Tigers the all-time mark.
