No. 10 Cal advances to semis with win over Oregon


San Jose, CA (Sports Network) - Devanei Hampton scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead 10th-ranked California past Oregon, 67-60, in the quarterfinals of the Pac-10 Tournament.

Ashley Walker finished with 15 points, four rebounds and three assists for Cal (25-5), which advanced to play Arizona State in the semifinals on Sunday. Natasha Vital had 14 points to go along with nine assists and seven boards. Alexis Gray-Lawson added 14 points in the win.

Arizona State advanced with an 83-64 win over Washington in Saturday's first quarterfinal.

Taylor Lilley poured in a game-high 24 points for Oregon (14-17), which had a three-game win streak halted. Nicole Canepa notched a double-double with 11 points and 14 boards, and Kaela Chapdelaine donated 12 points in the loss.
