North Dakota State names DeHoff women's hoops coachFargo, ND (Sports Network) - North Dakota State has named Carolyn DeHoff its new women's basketball coach. DeHoff spent the past five seasons as an assistant at Utah. The Utes won three Mountain West regular-season titles and one MWC Tournament crown with three trips to the NCAA Tournament during her stay. Before her tenure at Utah, DeHoff was also an assistant at Weber State and Wyoming on the collegiate level. DeHoff will take over for Amy Ruley, who resigned in March to accept a position as an associate athletic director at NDSU. Ruley compiled a record of 671-198 with five NCAA Division II national championships in 29 seasons.
