Cal will lose Jackson to NFL DraftBerkeley, CA (Sports Network) - California junior wide receiver DeSean Jackson has decided to skip his senior year and enter the NFL Draft. Jackson had a career-high 65 receptions for 762 yards and six touchdowns in 13 games this past season for the Golden Bears, who finished with a disappointing 7-6 record. A preseason Heisman trophy candidate, Jackson returned just one punt for a touchdown in the season opener against Tennessee, but finished his career with a Pac-10 record six punt returns for touchdowns. Jackson's breakout season came in 2006 when he recorded 59 catches for 1,060 yards and nine touchdowns. He finished his career as Cal's third all-time leader in school history with 2,423 yards receiving and 22 touchdowns.
