Pryor, a quarterback from Jeannette High School outside of Pittsburgh, did not commit on national signing day in early February. At the time, he was apparently considering Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan and Oregon. The 6-foot-6, 225-pound Pryor became the first player in Pennsylvania high school history to throw for more than 4,000 career yards and rush for more than 4,000 yards.
