Bears sign WR Davis

Lake Forest, IL (Sports Network) - The Chicago Bears re-signed wide receiver Rashied Davis to a one-year contract Friday.

Davis has recorded 39 receptions for 468 yards and two touchdowns the last two seasons for the Bears after spending his first year in Chicago as a reserve cornerback and return man.

The San Jose State product has appeared in 44 career NFL contests and has 1,172 yards on 55 kickoff returns and 31 yards on five punt returns.
