Browns long snapper Pontbriand named to Pro BowlCleveland, OH (Sports Network) - Cleveland Browns long snapper Ryan Pontbriand has been named to the AFC Pro Bowl roster, the team announced on Monday. Pontbriand helped kicker Phil Dawson record a career-high 120 points. Earlier this season, he signed a four-year contract extension through 2011.
The addition of Pontbriand gives the Browns four players in the Pro Bowl. He
will be joined by kick returner Joshua Cribbs, wide receiver Braylon Edwards
and left tackle Joe Thomas. The Pro Bowl will be played February 10 in Honolulu.
