Jets make several moves

Hempstead, NY (Sports Network) - The New York Jets placed tight end Chris Baker and linebacker Jason Trusnik on the physically unable to perform list, and put tackle Clint Oldenburg on the active/non-football injury list Monday.

Baker was the Jets' third-round choice in the 2002 draft. In his six pro seasons, all with the club, he has amassed 124 receptions for 1,311 yards and 12 touchdowns.

The Michigan State product registered career-bests with 41 catches for 409 yards in 2007.

Trusnik appeared in six games for the Jets last season after being signed in mid-November and recorded six tackles on special teams.

Oldenburg, who was drafted by the Patriots in 2007, appeared in the final two regular-season games for New York last year.
