Tiger Woods, the 2006 winner, needed an eagle on the last to possibly force a playoff, but he was only able to two-putt for birdie. Woods shot a 67 to post a 14-under-par 270 total and was joined in a tie for second place by third- round leader Brett Wetterich and Arron Oberholser.
