Perry wins for second time this yearGrand Blanc, MI (Sports Network) - Kenny Perry sure is taking advantage of Tiger Woods' absence from the PGA Tour. Perry closed with a six-under 66 Sunday to win the Buick Open, his second win this season. He completed the event at 19-under-par 269 for his second title at this tournament. The 47-year-old Perry also won The Memorial for the second time in his career earlier this season. Woods has won this event and The Memorial a combined five times, and Perry now has won the two events four times. Woody Austin traded the lead with Perry several times on the back nine and a bogey at the last cost him a chance at a playoff. Austin posted a four-under 68 to end one back at minus-18. Austin was joined there by Bubba Watson, who also shot 68 on Sunday. Watson hit a great recovery shot from the trees at the 18th, but missed the 12-foot birdie putt that would have forced extra holes at Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club. Bob Tway (65), Ken Duke (67) and Matt Jones (67) shared fourth place at 17- under-par 271. Third-round leader Daniel Chopra stumbled to a three-over 75 Sunday to fall into a share of 17th at minus-13. MORE TO FOLLOW.
