Sandelin, Lundberg on top in Russia


Moscow, Russia (Sports Network) - Jarmo Sandelin and Mikael Lundberg both fired rounds of eight-under 64 on Friday and are tied atop the leaderboard after two rounds of the Russian Open Golf Championship.

Sandelin and Lundberg are tied at 13-under-par 131. Sandelin owns a piece of the 36-hole lead for the fifth time, while Lundberg last shared the halfway lead at the 2001 European Open.

Robert Rock also shot 64 Friday and is alone in third place at minus-12, while Jan-Are Larsen is one shot further back after shooting 65 in the second round.

Defending champion Per-Ulrik Johansson is tied for 14th place at minus-seven at Le Meridien Moscow Country Club after a 68 on Friday.
