Webb remains third in women's world rankings


Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Karrie Webb won the Women's Australian Open for the fourth time Sunday, but she remained No. 3 in the latest women's world rankings.

The top 10 remained unchanged with Lorena Ochoa followed by Suzann Pettersen, Webb, Annika Sorenstam, Paula Creamer, Cristie Kerr, Ji-Yai Shin, Juli Inkster, Mi Hyun Kim and Se-Ri Pak.

There were a few small changes to the second 10. Morgan Pressel and Jeong Jang exchanges spots with the American up to 11th. The following four players -- Momoko Ueda, Jee Young Lee, Stacy Prammanasudh and Brittany Lincicome -- held steady in 13th through 16th.

Ai Miyazato inched up one to 17th dropping Sakura Yokomine down to 18. Seon- Hwa Lee stayed 19th, while Natalie Gulbis climbed a notch to 20th this week. Gulbis' move bumped Yuri Fudoh down to 21st this week.
