Wigger stumbles, holds on for first Futures winDaytona Beach, FL (Sports Network) - Leah Wigger struggled to a three-over 75 in the final round Sunday, but she held on for a two-stroke win at the Duramed Futures Tour's American Systems Invitational. Wigger, who led by five after two rounds, ended at four-under-par 212 for her first tour title. She picked up $14,000 for the win. Danah Ford closed with a two-under 70 to take second at two-under-par 214. Caroline Larsson (71) and Song Yi Choi (71) shared third place at minus-one as only four players finished in red figures. Wigger, playing in just her 12th Duramed Futures Tour event, opened with back- to-back bogeys. She ran off 10 straight pars from the third before notching her only birdie of the day at the par-four 13th. The 23 year old bogeyed 15 and 17, but parred the last to hang on for the win. Mo Martin, Taylor Leon and Jennifer Ackerson shared fifth place at even-par 216. Lori Atsedes, Jeanne Cho-Hunicke, Cortney Reno and Annie Young were one stroke back at plus-one.
