Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed forward Pascal Dupuis to a three-year contract.

Dupuis came to Pittsburgh, along with forward Marian Hossa, in a deadline trade from the Atlanta Thrashers in February and posted two goals with 10 assists in 16 games after the deal. In 62 games with Atlanta last season, Dupuis recorded 10 goals and five assists.

The seven-year veteran added two goals and five assists in the Penguins' run to the Stanley Cup Finals.

In 435 NHL games with the Wild, Rangers, Thrashers and Penguins, the 29-year- old Dupuis has 83 goals and 91 assists.
