Rangers agree to terms with FritscheNew York, NY (Sports Network) - The New York Rangers have agreed to terms with forward Dan Fritsche, a restricted free agent who was acquired with Nikolai Zherdev in a trade with Columbus earlier this month. Fritsche appeared in 69 games with the Blue Jackets last season, posting 10 goals and 12 assists for 22 points. He has notched 29 goals and 34 assists for 63 points in 206 NHL games.
The 23-year-old Ohio native was selected by Columbus in the second round of
the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
