Red Wings' Franzen out for Game 2Detroit, MI (Sports Network) - Detroit Red Wings forward Johan Franzen was scratched from the lineup for Game 2 of the Western Conference finals because of concussion-like symptoms. The team said he will not play until he has more tests, which are scheduled for Monday, and an evaluation is completed. He will likely miss Game 3 in Dallas on Monday. Franzen has a league-high and franchise-record 12 goals in the postseason. He is the first player to score 12 playoff goals since Rob BrindAmour for Carolina in 2006. Five of his goals have been game-winners while he has also added three assists.
