AC Milan could keep Kaka out of OlympicsMilan, Italy (Sports Network) - Kaka could be on collision course with AC Milan over his desire to represent Brazil at this summer's Olympic Games. The midfielder has already stated his desire to win a gold medal at the Beijing Games, but his participation in the Olympics could be blocked by Milan, which might need him to play in the qualifying rounds of the Champions League.
The Rossoneri will set-up a two-legged third qualifying round tie should they
close a four-point gap to Fiorentina in Serie A before the end of the season. "For the time being there are some problems between Milan and the Brazil Football Federation and I don't want to get in the middle," admitted Kaka. "To compete at the Olympics and to be able to win a title that (is) still missing in Brazilian football is a great motivation. "If we won the title, it would allow me to become a part of history because I would win something other compatriots have not won." (Courtesy of sportbox.tv)
