Baltimore edges Monterrey for fourth MISL titleMilwaukee, WI (Sports Network) - Denison Cabral scored a hat trick and Carlos Garcia added two goals as the Baltimore Blast edged La Raza de Monterrey 14-11 on Saturday to win their fourth Major Indoor Soccer League title. The title was the fourth in the last six seasons for Baltimore, which also won in 2003, 2004 and 2006. The Blast won all five of their postseason matches to regain the title. Cabral, who had 21 points in the playoffs, was named MVP of the final. Monterrey, an expansion team from Mexico, used Golden Goal overtime victories to win its quarterfinal and semifinal series but came up short in the one-game final.
