Dallas puts defending champion Houston in hole

Frisco, TX (Sports Network) - Defender Clarence Goodson scored in the first half as FC Dallas defeated defending MLS champion Houston, 1-0, on Saturday night in the first leg of their Western Conference semifinal series.

The second leg of the two-game, aggregate series is Friday at Houston at 8:30 p.m. (ET).
