Drogba promises to decide future soonLondon, England (Sports Network) - Ivory Coast international Didier Drogba has promised that he will decide within the next week if his future lies at Chelsea. The 30-year-old, who has been linked with AC Milan and Barcelona recently, has been unsettled since Jose Mourinho left Stamford Bridge last September.
Drogba has missed the Blues' preseason tour of Asia and Russia through injury
as rumors about his possible transfer have intensified. The former Marseille star told the Sunday Mirror: "This next week will be key in terms of my future. And I am currently injured. People who say I am not don't know me at all because I always want to play. "As for my future at Chelsea, well I have a contract with the club that is clear. But my agents will have a meeting in London and then it will be known once and for all." (Courtesy of sportbox.tv)
