Dundee United inks Spanish striker Sandaza

Dundee, Scotland (Sports Network) - Dundee United boss Craig Levein has swooped to land his second forward of the week after completing the signing of Spanish striker Francesco Sandaza.

The 23-year-old moves to Tannadice on a three-year contract, subject to international clearance being received, just two days after the Terrors confirmed the capture of Warren Feeney.

Levein told United's official website: "It's been well-known that I was seeking to bring in two forwards before the start of the season and I've been delighted to be able to secure the services of Warren Feeney and now Francesco Sandaza at this early stage of our pre-season schedule.

"Francesco comes highly recommended by two of my trusted contacts and has been watched many times over the last year."
