Empoli manager Cagni done at end of season

Empoli, Italy (Sports Network) - Empoli coach Gigi Cagni has confirmed that he will leave the club at the end of the season, even if they avoid relegation from Serie A.

Veteran Cagni was re-hired by Empoli two weeks ago and has seen his side take four points from their last two games in the battle to avoid the drop.

However, Cagni said after the team's 1-1 draw with Parma on Sunday: "I am certain I will not be staying on next year.

"When I returned I spoke to the club and we decided our rapport would last until the end of the season, then we will each go our separate ways."
