Everton set to sign Danish defender JacobsenLiverpool, England (Sports Network) - Everton are poised to complete the signing of Denmark international defender Lars Christian Jacobsen. The 28-year-old right-back will join the Toffees on a free transfer, with a medical needed to put the seal on a one-year contract at Goodison Park.
Jacobsen is a free agent after leaving German club Nurnberg at the end of last
season, having previously played for Hamburg, FC Copenhagen and OB Odense. He
