Jones happy at Hibernian

Edinburgh, Scotland (Sports Network) - Hibernian captain Rob Jones has again played down renewed rumors linking him with a move away from Easter Road this summer.

The 28-year-old centre-back has long been linked with a return to England, but the former Stockport County and Grimsby Town says he is more than happy to stay put.

Jones told Setanta Sports: "I've got two years left on my contract and every time it comes up to the transfer window my name is always bandied around.

"So, I don't expect this summer to be any different to be fair. I'm a Hibs player and I will be until I'm told otherwise.

"Where the rumors come from I really don't know and I suppose that's a compliment to myself and probably the club and the team when players are rumored to go here there and everywhere."
