MLS Philadelphia hires Smith, Debusschere

Chester, PA (Sports Network) - Keystone Sports and Entertainment, LLC, the Major League Soccer Philadelphia 2010 ownership group, announced the hiring of Rob Smith as Director of Operations and Dave Debusschere as Chief Financial Officer on Monday. Nick Sakiewicz, CEO and operating partner of Keystone Sports and Entertainment, said Smith and Debusschere will officially begin their new assignments on June 2.

"We said from day one that this organization would be world-class in every way," Sakiewicz said. "Rob Smith and Dave Debusschere are key pieces in taking us where we want to go. Rob has roots here in the Philadelphia region but is recognized across the country for his outstanding work with FC DELCO. And Dave (Debusschere's) 10-plus years of financial experience, combined with his passion and understanding of sports, make him our ideal CFO."
