Stoke City signs defender SonkoStoke-on-Trent, England (Sports Network) - Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has added Ibrahima Sonko to his defensive options after signing the 27-year-old from Reading for an initial transfer fee of $4 million. The Senegal international, who has penned a three-year contract with the Potters, is Pulis' seventh signing of the summer.
Chief executive Tony Scholes told City's official website: "We're delighted to
make Ibrahima the club's latest signing. "He's a quality addition to the squad and comes with plenty of Premier League experience having played in the top flight with Reading."
