Torino brings back De Biasi in place of Novellino

Turin, Italy (Sports Network) - Relegation-threatened Torino have sacked coach Walter Novellino and brought back former boss Gianni De Biasi.

The 51-year-old De Biasi had been in charge of La Liga's bottom club Levante this season after being replaced at Torino by Novellino last summer.

With five games remaining in the season, Torino is only four points above the relegation zone and some fans demonstrated at Tuesday's training session in the wake of Sunday's dismal 3-0 defeat at Genoa.

They have won only six Serie A games all season and lost five of their last six matches.
