Davis Cup final will be held in Mar del Plata

Buenos Aires, Argentina (Sports Network) - The 2008 Davis Cup final between host Argentina and Spain will be held at the Islas Malvinas Stadium in Mar del Plata.

The best-of-five tie will be staged on an indoor hardcourt from November 21-23.

The Argentines expect to be led by David Nalbandian and Juan Martin del Potro, while the Spanish charge should be spearheaded by world No. 1 Rafael Nadal.

Spain is 2-0 all-time versus Argentina, but the two nations have never met in South America. The Argentines have never captured the Davis Cup, while Spain is seeking its third title in nine years.
