Federer, Nadal roll into Hamburg finalHamburg, Germany (Sports Network) - Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal both won on Saturday, setting up a rematch of the 2007 final of the $2.955 million Masters Series Hamburg . Federer, a 6-3, 6-1 winner over Italian Andreas Seppi on Saturday, beat Nadal in last year's finale to capture his fourth title in six years at Hamburg. The top-seeded Federer blew past Seppi 6-3, 6-1, running his lifetime mark at the event to 24-8. It was the second matchup between the 26-year-old Federer and Seppi, and the Swiss star has won both. Second-seeded clay-court king Rafael Nadal bested Australian Open titlist Novak Djokovic 7-5, 2-6, 6-2 to lock up the other spot in the finale of the clay-court French Open tuneup. The high-flying Djokovic was last week's clay-court champion in Rome. The three-time French Open champion Nadal retained his world No. 2 ranking by improving to 7-3 lifetime against the surging Serb. Nadal is a remarkable 107-2 in his last 109 matches on clay.
